Who can benefit from a Private Yoga Session?

EVERYONE! Privates are great for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. An individualized class is created based on your specific needs. More advanced practitioners may benefit from one-on-one work with more challenging postures and learn to deepen your practice, connecting it more fully into their lives.

FREE Beginner's Class
NamaSpirit Yoga Studios offers a free beginner's class. (See specific studio for dates / times) This weekly class will always be free. Bring a friend and enjoy a free class together. Why not? It’s FREE!

Our Free Beginner’s Classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. You will begin by focusing on basic postures and building your confidence in your practice. These classes are always FREE. You may attend as many times as you like.
